1. No Refunds on Digital Products & Subscriptions

Since ScaleupTimes provides digital content, premium subscriptions, and online courses, all purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:

  • ScaleupTimes Magazine subscriptions (monthly or annual).
  • Online courses and certifications in partnership with Professional Council, UK.
  • Executive memberships and additional digital resources.
  • Exclusive contact lists for VC firms and startup accelerators.

2. Exceptional Cases for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the purchased content that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Failure to receive course enrollment within 7 days of purchase despite contacting customer support.

For any refund request, users must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with details of the issue and supporting evidence. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of ScaleupTimes.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their ScaleupTimes Magazine subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation. Access to premium content will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
